“I had such a wonderful experience with Karolina. I came across her Instagram and what I appreciated most was the little details she shared about Nova that felt so specific and personal; things that reassured me she was truly connecting with her. Those details meant a lot to me and gave me confidence in the experience. As a pet owner, it brought me comfort and reassurance about a few things I had been wondering about. Since I only adopted Nova last December, it was especially meaningful to gain a deeper perspective on her personality and our bond. One thing I especially loved was that the session was recorded.
